About us

In the years since the founding of Pi Associates we have developed our expertise and reputation in leadership, management and organisation development. We are continuing to develop our presence and activities across the whole range of organisations in Wales, across the UK and internationally. We work with governments, government agencies, health and social care organisations and private sector companies.

Our vision

While Pi Associates' vision is to retain a limited number of high quality trainers and consultants as Directors or Associates, we aim to work in a wider variety of settings in partnership with colleagues in sophisticated markets for education, training and development. In this way we can control quality whilst broadening our perspectives.
