We have 20 years experience working across the UK and internationally.

The practice has extensive experience of leadership, management and organisation development which is effectively complemented by our:

We are also an Accredited Centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management, and have been admitted to three quality-assured framework agreements for Organisation Development and facilitation (NHS Wales OD Framework), Skills Development (Skills for Health) and Capacity Development (Public Service Management Wales) and have strong quality-assured direct links with a number of academic institutions.

We are an energetic, up-to-date and focused organisation.
  
The company has three Directors and a number of Associates with whom we work closely.

We work in the public sector for Governments and Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Health Trusts, Careers Companies; the private sector from multinationals to SME’s and in the voluntary and not-for-profit sectors.

Our overseas activities have been mainly organisation development work, together with some training in Armenia, Afghanistan, Georgia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Jamaica, Indonesia, Spain, Trinidad, Nigeria, Belize, Palestine, France, Belgium, Sweden, Germany and Greece.

We have also published a number of commissioned and refereed works.

In essence the Pi Team offers a wide range of expertise, an extensive portfolio of different approaches and interventions, experienced and credible consultants, and an outstanding track record of leadership, organisation and management development.
